'25-'26 CALENDAR OF EVENTS

Every year our PTA and Volunteers come together to create special events throughout the year for our students and staff. We have so many great events planned for our Scouters Mountain staff, students and families this year! If you are interested in volunteering, just click on the link below!

*IMPORTANT!*

To volunteer at Scouters, you MUST fill out NCSD Application.

It can take at least 2 weeks for the district to give approval.

PTA Pack Nights

Our PTA meetings are a great way to get involved. At each meeting we review events, our budget, and vote on things like grants to support our teachers, staff and students.

You do not need to be a PTA Member to attend, but you do need to be a Member to vote.

Upcoming Meetings

Join us for our Bi-Monthly General PTA Meetings.
They will be held in the Scouters Mountain Library starting at 6:30PM, and includes:

FREE CHILDCARE
Provided by Nelson High School Key Club
For school-aged children (Kindergarten and up).

FREE PIZZA & BEVERAGES
Provided by Your PTA
First come first serve for meeting attendees & their kids only.

MOVIE & POPCORN NIGHT
Provided by Your PTA
For kids whose parents attend meetings.
